Follow steps below for successful pairing/connection of your AC Cloud Control device with your WiFi network:
1. First make sure that the AC Cloud Control device has its LED in steady green status. This is telling us that the device is awaiting WiFi configuration.
If device is not in steady green LED light status (for example, red blinking), you will need to clear WiFi configuration of the device. To do so, keep pressed AC Cloud Control device button for 10 full seconds, then release it. After 2-3 seconds, device will go to steady green. See location of AC Cloud Control device button below (next to its LED light indicator).

2. Now take your mobile phone and search for available WiFi networks from your iPhone or Android settings area to choose what WiFi you want your phone to connect to. You should see one open WiFi named INTESISHOMEXXXXXX or DEVICEXXXXXX. Connect to it. Phone might report that there is no internet connection in this network, it’s fine.
On this step we assumed that you’ve downloaded AC Cloud Control mobile application in your phone. If you didn’t, please do it so on the following link.
3. Then, using AC Cloud Control mobile app, apply steps in: www.intesis.com/docs/IH_Quick_Wireless_Config.pdf
Remark on step 4 of the document, it assumes you’re not logged in with your AC Cloud Control account. If you do have an account and are logged in, you’ll find same button referenced in step 4 of document above, by going to Settings section from main screen. There at top-right corner you’ll find same + button to configure device.

Following the steps in the document, the device will attempt to connect to your WiFi. LED of the device will go changing colors for 2-5 minutes, applying latest firmware updates to itself and successively restarting and reconnecting to your WiFi network. When all updates are done, and device is steadily connected to AC Cloud Control cloud service, LED of the device will go completely OFF.
In case that LED of the device doesn’t go OFF after a reasonable time (~10 minutes), you may need to restart the WiFi connection process (from step 1 in this list). There is a chance that you have entered wrong password. In case you’ve attempted several times and are still not able to get the device connected / led OFF, consider IP/DHCP settings of your network and internet connectivity behind your WiFi router. If you still do not achieve this step (LED of the device completely OFF) and are unable to identify or solve the cause, do not continue with the steps below and contact us explaining your problem at support Portal. Please provide us with the MAC Address of your device, which can be found on the silver label that’s attached to the surface of the AC Cloud Control device (or the packaging of the device itself).
